Depression starts off like a headache, you automatically think you’ll get over it.
The beginning of depression might seem like it’s another bad day – so you ignore the warning signs.
It might have creeped into your life without you knowing but then…
…Days turn into weeks.
You start to realise it’s your state of mind – you try to use a mask to cover it up but the more you act like you’re ok…
…The more you’re falling into it and the more you fall back.
If you are experiencing the following things below for more than 2 weeks, you are most likely suffering from Depression.
Have you stopped exercising? Was it something you enjoyed a lot?
2. Social Life
If you haven’t been getting along recently with your friends and family.
Cancelling plans, staying away from them…
…Or even arguing with family a lot …
Have you been stressing?
It could be that things are stressful right now or maybe something stressful is coming up.
FOR EXAMPLE: Exams.
Could it be that you’re stressing over little things too?
4. Eating Habit
Maybe you’ve been eating a lot of junk food latetly and it’s very unusual.
If you have been experiencing these emotions a lot recently, it might be a sign.
Being more sensitive:

If you are avoiding things you used to enjoy – like not spending time on your hobbies.

I just want to say that overcoming depression is obviously not easy.
One day, you will feel like you are moving forward and some days, it’s the exact opposite.
As long as you have a lot of determination, you will overcome it. Even when it comes to facing obstacles in the way.
